What is Domestic EPCs?

A Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates your home’s energy efficiency on a scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It’s a legal requirement for anyone selling or letting a residential property in the UK, and it must be made available to buyers or tenants before the property is even marketed.
