What is Commercial EPCs?

A Commercial (Non-Domestic) EPC is a legal requirement whenever a commercial property is sold, let, or newly constructed. It rates the building’s energy performance and is assessed using a more detailed methodology than a domestic EPC, reflecting the complexity of commercial buildings, systems, and usage.
