Why Property Owners Choose Us

FAQ - Common Questions

Do I legally need an EPC?

Yes — an EPC is a legal requirement whenever a property in the UK is sold, let, or newly constructed. It must be made available to buyers or tenants before marketing begins.

An EPC is valid for 10 years from the date of issue, or until a newer certificate is produced for the property.

In most areas we can arrange an assessment within 24–72 hours, with priority and same-day slots available in selected locations.

Rental properties in England and Wales generally require a minimum rating of E, unless a valid exemption applies. Speak to our team if you’re unsure where your property stands.
